Vision

By the reflection of ourselves and our home against the vastness of space, humanity awakens to the wondrous, frail beauty of Earth, the dangers posed by its harsh surroundings, and the threats self-inflicted by our own power. From this, as beknownst to us, sole source of life, we have unprecedented potential for ruin as well as triumph.

Let there, instead of the distance, conflict, and torment we afflict each other with, rise a new determination from the common ground upon which we stand: To protect, save, and nourish our planet like a solitary flower in the midst of a lifeless desert.

And let us go farther, beyond mere sustainability; let us seek unity in value and vision, and excellence in spirit and conduct, so that we may be the best that we can be, and set a standard, if but for ourselves.

Thus, this is a platform and community for exploring the challenges that indiscriminately affect all inhabitants of Earth, and developing suggestions to solutions anchored in an evolving philosophy.
